This is a follow-up to the assessment made in 2016 on the civil society environment in the northern part of Cyprus. It describes the changes in the three main areas of the study: registration and operation, the financial environment, and the cooperation of CSOs with local bodies. The study aims to assess and evaluate the changes that have taken place.
