Cyprus Vegan Initiative
One of the aspects that is often overlooked in civil society is the consideration of animals’ rights, thus this workshop seeks to raise awareness of veganism among participating Civil Society Organizations, fostering an intersectional understanding of speciesism and domination relations with different rights-based fields. It further seeks to emphasize the importance of including a veganist approach to making the work of CSOs more holistic. Designed as an experiential session, this workshop allows participants to explore how veganism is possible, applicable and sustainable in their daily life practices.
