Grow Civic Priority Package – Now Open for Requests!
Let’s grow civic action where it is needed most.
Civic Space is pleased to announce the launch of a new Priority Package under the Grow Civic Programme, funded by the European Union Aid Programme for the Turkish Cypriot community. This special package is designed to support civil society action, particularly from selected target regions and priority thematic areas that have been identified through the ongoing implementation of the Grow Civic Programme.
About the Priority Package
The Grow Civic Priority Package has been developed to tap into the potential identified through ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the Grow Civic Programme. It aims to support actions from geographic areas that have not considerably engaged with the Grow Civic Program, focusing on key thematic priorities identified as important by activists and CSOs in the targeted regions. To further broaden participation, it actively encourages first-time requesters—CSOs and activists who have not previously received EU funding or Grow Civic support. With a simplified request process, the package aims to make access easier for new actors.
In sum, the Priority Package is a targeted effort to broaden the reach and inclusivity of the Grow Civic Programme, ensuring that a wider range of regions and themes are supported in fostering civic action.
