Are you ready to take your project design skills to the next level? If you're a member of a Civil Society Organization (CSO), this is your chance to gain a solid understanding of fundamental project design concepts and equip yourself with essential skills to excel in project development. Our trainers will actively engage with the audience, encouraging discussion and shared reflections on the concepts, skills, and tools being covered. This interactive approach ensures that participants not only understand the material but can apply it effectively in their CSO projects.

While the training is ideal for CSOs new to project design and management, we also welcome experienced CSOs who are looking to further enhance their skills. However, please note that we have a limited number of seats available for experienced CSOs, subject to availability. To maximize the training's impact, we strongly encourage the participation of two representatives from each CSO, including a key decision-board member.
