Within the framework of the Aid Program for the Turkish Cypriot Community, which offers a new opportunity for civil society organizations, the European Commission’s call for proposals with a budget of 2,250,000 Euros will provide significant support to CSOs. What is Civic Space Help Desk Support?
The Civic Space Help Desk provides free consultancy services to civil society organizations on developing project ideas, application processes, and grant management. Through this service, CSOs can find answers to any questions they may encounter during the project design process and receive professional guidance.

Application Deadline
The deadline for submitting proposals (concept notes) is July 22, 2024, at 15:00 Brussels time (16:00 Cyprus time). The application guide and relevant documents are available on the European Commission’s website with reference number 181166.
Civic Space is a project financed by the European Union with a total budget of 3,499,550 Euros within the framework of the Aid Program for the Turkish Cypriot Community. Its aim is to contribute to the construction of a stronger civil society that supports democratic changes and confidence-building measures in the Turkish Cypriot community.
